Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Cost Managers to support major water and infrastructure programmes across the UK. You will deliver cost planning, estimating, forecasting, cost control, change management and commercial reporting from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will work in a regulated environment, balancing priorities with stakeholders while focusing on governance, safety and delivery excellence. On-site presence in Peterborough is required three days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience within water/utilities/infrastructure sectors.
• Experience delivering cost and commercial management services across major projects.
• Ability to manage defined packages or cost management activities independently.
• Produces accurate and timely cost information with proper oversight.
• Experience developing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and cost reports.

Responsibilities

• Undertake cost planning, estimating, forecasting, cost control and commercial reporting across projects.
• Manage contracts administration and procurement activities.
• Support risk management and identification of value opportunities.
• Provide cost and commercial advice to stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors and delivery partners to ensure governance and safe delivery.
