Job summary

A leading global design, engineering and project management organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join its regional Cost Management team within a Project Controls practice. The role involves hands-on cost management on major energy and infrastructure programmes, plus client engagement and leadership.

Responsibilities include delivering cost management services, developing CBS/WBS, applying EVM, and using Power BI, PRISM, Oracle, Deltek and EcoSys.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Cost Management or related discipline.
• Experience on major energy and infrastructure projects.
• Consultancy delivery experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of CBS/WBS and EVM methods.
• Familiarity with NEC, FIDIC or IChemE forms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Cost Management services on energy and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor, forecast and control project costs against budgets and targets.
• Develop and maintain CBS and WBS.
• Apply EVM and other performance measurement techniques.
• Lead project meetings and mentor junior staff.
• Support client development and long-term relationships.
• Promote cost efficiency and commercial excellence.
