Job summary

Capstone Property Recruitment partners with a leading London-based construction and property consultancy to appoint a Senior Cost Manager for Infrastructure & Energy. You will oversee contract administration, commercial reporting and change control on major energy projects.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years’ experience in infrastructure/energy, a strong grasp of NEC and/or FIDIC contracts, and a proven ability to manage cost forecasting, variations and client/stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience delivering major projects in infrastructure, energy, utilities, renewables or BESS.
• Strong understanding of NEC and/or FIDIC contracts with hands-on administration.
• Experience producing cost reports, forecasts and commercial advice.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts and manage commercial reporting during delivery.
• Lead change control processes and assess compensation events.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams and contractors to resolve commercial issues.
