Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is seeking a Cost Engineer to lead cost control across multiple work packages in energy infrastructure projects. You will manage budgets, track variances and support change control within a complex programme.

You'll work with integrated teams, develop CBS, align with WBS, and deliver accurate PMB data to drive management decisions. Strong leadership, communication and knowledge of NEC/FIDIC are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cost Engineering/Control across project lifecycles.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management, progress and forecasting reporting.
• Ability to lead cost control in complex programs and interact with senior management.
• Familiar with NEC or FIDIC contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Tailor cost control approaches to meet client needs.
• Maintain cost control systems tracking budgets, expenditures and forecasts.
• Develop CBS and align budgets with WBS.
• Produce accruals and support change forecasting.
• Set up PMB and ETC updates.
