Job summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, delivering on client ambitions, and collaborating with various project teams. This role supports hybrid working and values personal and professional growth. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and experience in major projects, along with expertise in contract management practices.
Qualifications
Ideally Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
Hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership.
Contract Management (NEC3, Option C or NEC 4 preferred).
Experience of working on Major Programmes and Projects.
Experience of working on Infrastructure or Energy projects.
Responsibilities
Administer a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives.
Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
Monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow.
Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables.
Manage contract change effectively.
Drive improvements in the accuracy of forecasts and budgets.
