Job summary

TES Technical Engineering Support seeks a Senior Cost Engineer to lead cost management for the HPC nuclear project. You will oversee cost and forecast data for contracts ranging £10m–£500m, coordinate Cost Engineers, and serve as the primary cost-management face to Program Directors and stakeholders.

This role operates within a highly regulated environment under ONR oversight, driving the integration of cost with schedule, risk, and change management, and delivering high-quality reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum HND (or equivalent) in Project Management, Project Controls, Engineering, or related field; cost & forecasting qualifications preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in Cost and Forecasting within a complex, regulated industry (energy/nuclear).
• Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder interfaces, technical leadership, and integration across project controls disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily tasks and provide technical guidance to Cost Engineers and Trainee Cost Engineers.
• Oversee cost and forecast data across high-value contracts (£10m–£500m) ensuring data integrity in EcoSys and SAP.
• Engage with Program Directors and Board members to present insights and support decision making.
