Job summary

TES Technical Engineering Support is seeking a Cost Engineer to join the Cost and Forecasting team on the HPC project in the UK. You will manage cost and forecast data, generate timely reporting, and support trend, change control, and decision-making across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning phases.

Ideal candidates will have an HND or equivalent in project management/controls and experience in project controls.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of project controls and cost management methodologies.
• Experience in data handling, reporting and governance.
• Ability to translate technical/financial data for non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured, detail-oriented with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain cost and forecast data aligned with CBS/WBS.
• Coordinate and produce cost/forecast reports on a defined cycle.
• Support trend/change control, KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide analytical input to support informed decision-making.
• Assist Senior Cost Engineers with data interpretation and reporting.
• Collaborate across functions to uphold HPC project values and culture.
