Job summary

You will act as the primary client interface, ensure value-added cost management, and guide cost planning, procurement, and post-contract reporting across major programmes.

The role requires leadership of cost management teams, MRICS (preferred), experience with NEC3 Option C contracts, and a track record in infrastructure delivery.

Qualifications

• MRICS preferred or equivalent professional qualification.
