Job summary

You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence future SASE offerings, while supporting out-of-hours European coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support or systems engineering.
• 2+ years focused on SASE or Cloud Security.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of complex Prisma Access issues.
• Debug routing and connectivity in hybrid environments (SD-WAN, BGP).
• Perform deep-dive packet and log analysis for RCAs.
• Be a technical point of contact for premium accounts and align deployments with best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering for improvements.
