You will advise on mergers and acquisitions, restructures, shareholder agreements and private equity, while managing your own caseload and supporting larger transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructures, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, governance, share and asset sales/purchases, and private equity transactions.
• Manage your own caseload while supporting on larger/ complex transactions, building strong client relationships.
• Work alongside partners and specialists to deliver high-quality corporate advice to businesses and corporate clients.
• Contribute to the continued success of the corporate team and the firm.
