Field Seymour Parkes is a leading Thames Valley law firm seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor to join its Corporate Team in a hybrid working arrangement. You will advise on mergers and acquisitions, restructures, shareholder agreements and private equity, while managing your own caseload and supporting larger transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructures, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, governance, share and asset sales/purchases, and private equity transactions.
• Manage your own caseload while supporting on larger/ complex transactions, building strong client relationships.
• Work alongside partners and specialists to deliver high-quality corporate advice to businesses and corporate clients.
• Contribute to the continued success of the corporate team and the firm.

About the Role

Working alongside experienced partners and specialists, you will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Company restructures and reorganisations
• Shareholder agreements
• Joint ventures
• Corporate governance matters
• Share and asset sales and purchases
• Private equity and investment transactions
• General company law advice

You will manage your own caseload while supporting on larger and more complex transactions, building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the team.
