Field Seymour Parkes in Reading is seeking a talented Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our respected team. You will handle a varied and challenging caseload for commercial and private clients, working in a collaborative environment to develop your expertise and build strong client relationships.

As part of the Dispute Resolution group, you will mentor junior lawyers, contribute to business development, and work alongside specialists across the firm, including Real Estate.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitors in England and Wales.
• Ideally 6+ years PQE; exceptions considered.
• Experience managing a dispute resolution caseload.
• Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communicators with a client-focused approach.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic team players with business development interest.
• Interest in future leadership and growth of the team.
• Collaborative, approachable and committed to client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied dispute resolution caseload.
