Senior Corporate Solicitor – Edinburgh / Glasgow, Scotland

This award-winning law firm is currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join its Corporate team in Edinburgh and Glasgow. The team has extensive experience advising on a full range of corporate transactions across various sectors, including healthcare, technology, and manufacturing.

The role offers a range of corporate work, such as M&A deals, compliance, and corporate governance. You will take ownership of matters while also assisting with larger, more complex cases.

Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, with experience managing transactions across all stages being desirable.

This is a full-time position, with the possibility of a 4-day working week for the right candidate. The firm has opportunities in both Edinburgh and Glasgow and welcomes applications from locally based or relocating corporate lawyers to Scotland.
