Job Description:

If you have a passion for commercial property and experience in all mainstream areas, this position might be for you. It can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow and offers exposure to commercial property work for clients including investors, developers, banks, landlords, and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the firm in its growth and development in all areas.
• Providing excellent service to clients by understanding and implementing the firm's approach to excellence.
• Building long-term relationships with clients by proactively understanding their needs and environments.
• Addressing any problems experienced by clients and reacting positively.
• Noticing and resolving client care issues.

You should have between 5 and 15 years of PQE and be able to provide quality services in sale and purchase of commercial property, commercial leasing, development work, security transactions, and general commercial conveyancing advice.
