Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Copilot Strategy & Governance Consultant to guide clients on Microsoft Copilot strategy, governance, and scalable deployment. You will work at the intersection of technology strategy, operating model design and AI governance to translate a fast-moving Copilot roadmap into trusted decisions for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Professional degree (Bachelor’s level or above).
• Microsoft certifications and experience with AI/Generative AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot.
• UK government security clearance (BPSS or SC) preferred.
• Currently working in a major consulting firm, with at least 4 years of consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Set Copilot strategy: shape the strategic vision for Microsoft Copilot across workplace tools and capabilities.
• Define governance and licence-to-operate models to enable safe scale of Copilot.
• Lead delivery excellence on Copilot strategy and governance workstreams, de-risking complex situations.
• Grow the Copilot portfolio and client relationships, contributing to new opportunities and revenue.
• Support responses to bids, RFPs, RFIs and proposals with embedded governance.
