Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking a senior AI architect to lead enterprise-grade AI and Copilot implementations. This hybrid role spans England with a base in multiple offices, focusing on governance, risk, and scalable AI delivery within a Microsoft 365 environment.

You will partner with Digital Governance and other stakeholders to establish safe AI foundations, oversee data protection, and drive tangible value through Copilot use cases while mentoring the Modern Workplace team.

Qualifications

• Recognised Microsoft AI certifications or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record architecting and delivering enterprise-grade AI and Copilot solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Purview, DLP, Entra ID and tenant boundary controls.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Digital Governance to implement AI standards, controls and assurance.
• Prioritise AI demand towards high-value opportunities and responsible adoption.
• Mentor and grow AI engineering capability within the Modern Workplace team.
• Ensure AI is delivered as part of a governed Microsoft 365 estate, with cross-team alignment.
