You will have completed your LPC and bring solid residential conveyancing experience to take a lead role, mentor two assistants, build client relationships and contribute to the growth of the practice.

Qualifications

• LPC completed with solid residential conveyancing experience.
• Lead role overseeing team and sign-off responsibilities.
• Manage own caseload while mentoring two assistants.
• Develop strong client relationships to grow the practice.

Responsibilities

• Complete AML, identity and source of funds checks.
• Prepare quotes and respond to prospective clients.
• Manage conveyancing transactions, including sales and purchases.
• Diary management and document review.
• Draft contracts and completion statements.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents and other solicitors.
• Handle exchanges, completions and post-completion tasks.
• Oversee SDLT submissions and Land Registry registrations.
