Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited is seeking a highly experienced Paralegal - Conveyancing to join its Beaconsfield office on a full-time, permanent basis. The role offers a salary up to £40,000 and focuses on accurate file handling, AML checks, and client communication throughout residential conveyancing matters.

You will work in a small, collaborative team near Beaconsfield train station, with free parking and regular social events.

• Proven paralegal conveyancing experience.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Welcome clients, manage reception and meetings.
• Manage diaries, appointments, ID checks and document witnessing.
• Open new files and maintain records on LEAP.
• Assist with AML checks and solicitor compliance.
• Prepare quotes and support new client enquiries.
• Assist with residential conveyancing transactions (searches, contracts, settlements).
• Draft documents and completion statements.
• Liaise with clients, agents and solicitors through transactions.
• Manage exchange and completion administration, including SDLT submissions.
• Land Registry registrations, requisitions and audits.
• General office administration and filing.
