Cameo Consultancy (Recruitment) Limited is inviting a seasoned Conveyancing Solicitor to join a growing law firm in Beaconsfield. This full-time, permanent, office-based role offers a salary of up to £65,000.

You will lead a small team, supervise two assistants, manage residential transactions from enquiry to completion, and build strong client relationships. The role requires completing your LPC and demonstrated residential conveyancing experience, with a focus on accuracy and client service.

Qualifications

• LPC completed and solid residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong client-relations and leadership abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Complete AML, identity and source of funds checks.
• Manage residential conveyancing transactions from enquiry to completion.
• Review contracts, searches, and leasehold information.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents and solicitors throughout transactions.
• Oversee exchanges, completions, payments and post-completion tasks.
• Mentor two assistants and manage diary scheduling.
