Job summary

Confidential, a growing law firm in Beaconsfield, is seeking a highly experienced Paralegal - Conveyancing to join our office-based team. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of up to £40,000, and a strong focus on client care and high-quality service from enquiry through to completion of each transaction.

You will welcome clients, manage diaries and appointments, assist with AML checks, prepare quotes, and support residential conveyancing work from searches to completion.

Qualifications

• Strong paralegal conveyancing experience.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.
• Solid administration skills and highly organised.
• Adaptable in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, manage reception and meetings, answer calls.
• Manage diaries, appointments, ID checks and document witnessing.
• Open new files, prepare letters and maintain LEAP records.
• Assist with AML checks and solicitor compliance.
• Prepare quotes and support new client enquiries.
• Assist with residential conveyancing transactions from searches to completion.
