Job summary

The O2, London is seeking a Senior Control Room Operator to join AEG's Security team. You will lead the control room operations and ensure safety, security SOPs, and incident response are executed flawlessly.

Candidates should hold an SIA CCTV Operator license with control room experience, strong customer service, and the ability to supervise a busy SOCC. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and radio/phone communications is preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• SIA CCTV Operator license and relevant control room experience
• Strong customer service skills with a commitment to high standards and visitor care
• Proven experience supervising and motivating teams in a fast-paced operational environment, supporting internal staff and service providers
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and empathetic under pressure
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft 365 (e.g. Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience handling radio and telephone communications
