Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment is seeking a Contracts Manager for RC Frame, Groundworks & Civil Engineering projects in London and the South East. You will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safety, profitability and programme adherence.

The role requires strong leadership of project managers and site teams, with focus on programme, commercial performance and client relationships. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Contracts Manager or experienced Senior Project Manager
• Strong RC frame, groundworks or civil engineering background
• Experience managing multiple projects and site teams
• Data centre experience would be highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple projects across London and the South East
• Leading Project Managers and site-based teams
• Monitoring programme, quality, safety and commercial performance
• Managing labour, plant, materials and subcontractor resources
• Identifying project risks and implementing corrective measures
• Maintaining relationships with clients, consultants and main contractors
• Supporting pre-construction planning and project mobilisation
• Reporting performance directly to the Company Directors
