Job summary

OCS Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead multi-project delivery in London and the Home Counties within the RC Frame and Groundworks sector. You will oversee Project Managers, Site Managers and Engineering teams, ensuring schemes are delivered safely, profitably and to the highest standards.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will drive programme performance, manage budgets and resources, and maintain strong client and consultant relationships, with a focus on quality,

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working with developers and main contractors.
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications.

OCS are recruiting for a highly renowned and respected RC Frame/Groundworks. Following several significant contract awards, they have secured an excellent order book for Q3 and Q4, creating the need for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their senior operational team.

The Opportunity

This role will suit a Contracts Manager currently working for a RC Frame/Groundworks contractor who enjoys taking ownership of projects. You'll oversee multiple projects across London and the Home Counties, working closely with experienced Project Managers, Commercial teams and Directors to ensure schemes are delivered safely, profitably and to the highest standards. Projects typically range from £5m to £50m+.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants.
• Driving programme performance, quality and profitability.
• Managing operational budgets and project resources.

You'll ideally have

• A proven track record managing RC Frame/Groundworks projects.
• Strong operational and commercial awareness.

• Experience working with leading developers and main contractors.
• Ideally come from an engineering background.
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications.
