The successful candidate will have a strong engineering background and be responsible for ensuring their delivery aligns with requirements, health and safety standards.

Requirements include proven experience as a Contracts Manager and relevant qualifications such as CSCS and SMSTS.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager on infrastructure projects.
• Strong engineering background, previously worked as Site Engineer or Project Engineer.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver groundworks and reinforced concrete packages across multiple infrastructure projects.
• Oversee site teams ensuring compliance with engineering requirements and contractual obligations.
• Work with commercial teams to manage budgets and support decision-making.
