Job summary

Gleeson Homes in the Nottingham region is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead site teams across multiple developments, delivering build production targets and key stage milestones with a focus on quality, health and safety and customer care.

You will formulate area build strategies, critical path programmes and procurement solutions with the Construction Director, coach Site Managers to achieve targets, manage budgets and ensure site delivery aligns with Gleeson standards and customer experience.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification or broad experience in construction.
• Proven multi-site project management and quality assurance effectiveness.
• Excellent commercial awareness and technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of NHBC standards and NHQC.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance construction team to meet 5 Star Inhouse survey targets.
• Formulate area build strategies, critical path programs, and procurement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Corporate policies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to deliver on programme, budget and quality.
• Audit site performance and manage stakeholder relationships.
