Gleeson Homes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-volume on-site construction team for affordable quality housing. You will manage the on-site team and subcontractors, ensuring safety, schedule and budget adherence while collaborating with on-site sales and head office.
The ideal candidate will have extensive site management experience in high-volume housing, be proficient with construction programmes, NHBC awareness, and use of Zutec and digital plot books.

Previous experiences as a Site Manager working on high volume new build housing development. Must have extensive knowledge and experience of managing labour only groundworkers/contractors.
