Think Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Contracts Manager in Derby, Derbyshire to oversee multiple hospitality sector projects from inception to completion. You will lead labour and subcontractors, manage budgets and timescales, and maintain client relationships while reporting to senior management.

Ideal candidates will have superb time management, organisational skills and strong IT, communication and negotiation abilities. Travel across the UK may be required with some flexibility in hours.

Qualifications

• Must manage multiple projects in hospitality sectors.
• Excellent timekeeping and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders.
