Job summary

PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Contracts Manager to join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This role will cover across the East & West Midlands and will involve management of groundworks Projects.

You will produce site programmes, prioritise workload, attend client and sub-con meetings, manage budgets with the Commercial and Procurement teams, ensure health and safety compliance, and assist with final accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Contracts Manager.
• Groundworks project management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering projects to a tight programme.
• SMSTS/CSC qualifications.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Produce site programmes indicating project duration, scope of works and time scales per trade.
• Prioritise workload and provide solutions to contract issues.
• Attend site meetings with client and sub-contractors and record minutes accurately.
• Work closely with Commercial and Procurement to control labour, material purchases and sub-contractor budgets.

• Up to date Qualifications (SMSTS, CSC, etc.)
• Up to date knowledge of working Health and Safety regulations
• Full UK Valid Driving Licence
