Job summary

A recognized leisure-sector contractor in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead various refurbishment and new-build projects. The ideal candidate will manage multiple live projects, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines within the hospitality and leisure sectors. The role offers stability and long-term progression, complemented by a supportive team environment. Applicants should have a solid background in contract management and a flexibility to travel across the UK, along with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Strong background in leisure, hospitality, pubs, hotels or fast‑track refurb work.
• Able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Practical understanding of build processes and quality standards.
• Confident communicator with strong leadership ability.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–3 live projects simultaneously.
• Oversee fast-track refurbishments and new‑build schemes.
• Support teams from pre‑construction through to handover.
• Ensure H&S, quality, and programme milestones are achieved.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Liaise with clients on progress and delivery.
• Produce reports and updates for the Operations Director.
• Travel nationwide to sites as required.
