Think Recruitment is seeking a proactive Contracts Manager to lead multiple hospitality and leisure construction projects from inception to snagging. You will oversee labour, costs, schedules and client expectations, with travel across the UK as needed.

The role requires hands-on management, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to drive projects in a fast-paced environment. A car/allowance and bonus package are included.

Qualifications

• Excellent time keeping and ability to manage own workload and deadlines.
• A passion for delivering a professional service and quality product.
• Friendly, proactive with good organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Must have excellent IT skills - Excel, Outlook and Project.
• Professional qualification in project management desirable.
• Experience in hospitality sector advantageous.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Appoint and monitor labour and site management for each project.
• Control and analyse labour costs with the project QS.
• Produce project programs, site meeting minutes and contractor reports.
• Attend and contribute to client and contracts meetings.
• Collate, manage and sign off snagging works.
• Record variations and liaise with the QS team.
• Oversee site health and safety from pre-contract to completion.
• Manage client direct suppliers and ensure on-site compliance.
