Job summary

Rullion Ltd is recruiting for a Contracts Manager to provide commercial and contractual leadership across complex engineering and project delivery activities. The role involves governance, risk and financial management across tender to close-out phases, with travel to Bristol or Manchester as required and optional remote work with 1–2 days travel to Bristol monthly.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract development and/or management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in contract management.
• Knowledge of UK contract models in energy/construction (NEC 3 & 4).
• Experience with consortium agreements and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop contract documentation across the full project life cycle (tendering to close out).
• Work with Project Manager to manage governance, risk, performance and financials.
• Maintain contract records incl. spend, performance, risk and outcomes.
