Job summary

Rullion Engineering Cumbria is seeking a Commercial/Procurement Officer in the Bristol area to drive procurement and commercial activities. This permanent role offers 40 hours per week with a mix of office/onsite work and opportunities to lead procurement documentation and supplier contracts.

You will manage end-to-end contracts, assess supplier performance, mitigate risks, support tendering, and ensure governance and compliance while working under SC clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or contract management.
• Experience managing risks and supplier performance.
• Understanding of project/programme management.
• Strong commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement and commercial documentation (e.g. strategy, tender documents).
• Manage contracts end to end.
• Manage supplier performance.
