Rullion Ltd is seeking a Contracts Manager to provide commercial leadership across complex engineering and project delivery.

You will oversee contractual obligations, manage changes and claims, and advise project teams on commercial matters throughout the lifecycle, including tendering, execution and close-out. The role requires collaboration with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders while safeguarding the company's commercial position.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience in contract management/development or relevant project management.
• Experience with UK contract models used in energy and construction, especially NEC 3 & 4.
• Experience in consortium agreement and management.
• Knowledge of public, nuclear and defence contract policies and strategies.
• Desirable: APM or Prince 2 or equivalent qualification.

Aufgaben

• Develop contract documentation for all project stages from tendering to close out.
• Manage risk contracts, governance, performance and financial management with Project Manager.
• Maintain contract records including spend, performance and outcomes.
• Monitor contract performance against KPIs and take corrective action.
• Assist with tendering, bidding, execution and close out phases of contracts.
• Prepare for and facilitate contract negotiations; interpret terms and conditions.
