Job summary

Gleeson Homes is recruiting a Contracts Manager to provide leadership to our regional construction teams and ensure delivery of build programmes to the highest quality, safety and customer care standards across developments under their responsibility.

You will head up Site Managers and Site Teams, drive a high-performance culture, manage budgets and subcontractor relationships, and ensure compliance with NHQC and company policies to deliver on time and to a 5-star standard.

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification or broad experience in construction.
• Proven multi-site project management and quality assurance effectiveness.
• Excellent commercial awareness and technical knowledge.
• Knowledge and understanding of NHQC (New Homes Quality Code).

Responsibilities

• Create and lead a high performance, customer-focused construction team culture.
• Formulate build strategies, critical path programs and procurement solutions.
• Ensure health & safety, environmental and corporate responsibility compliance.
• Continuously audit and evaluate site performance against KPIs and targets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to meet drawings, specifications and time/budget KPIs.
• Lead Site Managers and Site Teams to own programmes, budgets and delivery.
