Job summary

Potensis is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments across the South East. You will lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will work closely with the Regional Construction Director and internal stakeholders to drive productivity, manage risks, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior construction role within the housebuilding sector.
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to drive projects forward while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets effectively.

Responsibilities
