Job summary

HB Tunnelling Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our senior management team.

You will report to the Board and oversee a portfolio of projects from award to completion, driving operational excellence, programme performance and commercial success. Responsibilities include leading safe and profitable project delivery, managing client relationships, mentoring Project Managers and site teams, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities to ensure on-time, on-budget,

Qualifications

Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within civil engineering, tunnelling or utilities.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Commercial awareness with NEC contracts experience (desirable).
Passionate about developing people, improving performance and delivering outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of multiple projects.
Drive programme performance, quality and operational excellence.
Manage client relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders.
Support and mentor Project Managers and site teams.
Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
