Job summary

HB Tunnelling Ltd. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our senior management team.

You will report to the Board and oversee a portfolio of projects from award to completion, driving operational excellence, programme performance and commercial success. Responsibilities include leading safe and profitable project delivery, managing client relationships, mentoring Project Managers and site teams, and proactively identifying risks and opportunities to ensure on-time, on-budget,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role within civil engineering, tunnelling or utilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness with NEC contracts experience (desirable).
• Passionate about developing people, improving performance and delivering outcomes.

Location: UK (Nationwide Projects) & Head Office in Doncaster

HB Tunnelling is one of the UK's leading and fastest growing specialist tunnelling contractors, delivering complex microtunnelling, pipe jacking, shaft construction and trenchless engineering projects across the water, energy, rail and infrastructure sectors.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join our senior management team.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects from contract award through to completion, driving operational excellence, programme performance, commercial success and consistently high standards across every contract.
