Jaydee-Brook is an established and successful Shopfitting & Internal Fit Out Company based in Peterborough. With over 35 years of experience in retail, commercial, industrial installations, and refurbishments, the Company has built a strong reputation for quality, efficiency, and service.

As part of our expansion programme, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced SENIOR CONTRACTS MANAGER – Shopfitting & Internal Fit Out Industry.

Location:

Peterborough (based)

Working on projects covering:

UK & Ireland

Hours:

Full Time – Monday to Friday

Salary:

£70,000+ p.a. - Dependent on experience & capabilities

Holidays:

25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Working with numerous blue-chip clients, we are now looking for a Senior Contracts Manager with experience in the shopfitting or internal fit-out sector, capable of delivering high-quality projects to high-profile clients.

The Senior Contracts Manager will play a critical role in driving business revenue and growth initiatives for their assigned clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Organize and control sufficient direct or sub-contract labour to carry out the works to schedule.
2. Assist in negotiation, procurement, and management of sub-contract packages.
3. Organize and control materials and required products for scheduled works.
4. Formulate a programme reflecting the contract period, integrating all sub-contractors to meet targets; prepare progress reports for meetings.
5. Control costs, keep records of site variations and programme issues, and report to the Account Manager.
6. Manage profit margins through effective use of labour and process improvements.
7. Manage all site Health & Safety aspects as per Jaydee-Brook’s H&S Policy.
8. Attend site meetings, report issues affecting safety, progress, or finances to Directors.
9. Review departmental processes for purchasing, contract management, and cost control; ensure adherence to company policies and provide training.
10. Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and industry protections.
11. Provide cost analysis to monitor project performance.
12. Implement and manage efficient working practices on site and team policies.

• Prince2 Project Management qualification is preferred.
