Job summary

MTR Partnership is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager / Project Manager to join its team in West Yorkshire. The role focuses on steering projects through pre-construction, coordinating design, estimating, planning and commercial teams, and ensuring robust schemes before moving to site.

The successful candidate will have experience with a main contractor, strong delivery knowledge, and the ability to coordinate design, commercial and operational functions while maintaining client engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager or Pre-Construction Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong understanding of new build construction and project delivery.
• Confident coordinating design, commercial and operational teams.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Are you a Project Manager looking to move away from day-to-day site management and get more involved in the early stages of construction projects?

We're recruiting for an established main contractor looking to strengthen its pre-construction team in West Yorkshire.

The business delivers a varied workload across commercial, industrial, education and public-sector projects throughout Yorkshire.

This role will focus on taking projects through the pre-construction stages, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure schemes are properly planned before moving to site.

The Role;

• Manage projects through the pre-construction stages and into delivery
