Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a Senior Contract Consultant to lead recruitment and management of a large temporary workforce supporting our exam logistics and warehouse operations. This role is fully onsite, working closely with operational teams, candidates and stakeholders to deliver secure, accurate and timely staffing.

• Experience in recruitment, HR, account management or workforce planning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns for temporary workers.
• Support workforce planning for peak periods and adapt to seasonal demands.
• Provide recruitment and account support across education MSP clients.
• Align working patterns with client requirements during peaks; early starts as needed.
• Conduct interviews, onboarding and compliance checks.
• Serve as first point of contact for onsite associates.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and operations managers.
• Monitor attendance, performance and workforce engagement.
• Oversee payroll processes and resolve worker queries.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
