Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a Senior Contract Consultant to lead recruitment for a large temporary workforce supporting essential examination operations. This onsite role requires coordinating onboarding, compliance and payroll while partnering with operations teams and stakeholders.

You'll manage fast-paced campaigns, align shifts with peak periods, and deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across critical exam

• Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for temporary workers.
• Supporting workforce planning for peak operational periods and responding flexibly to the seasonal demands of the account.
• Providing recruitment and account support across other education MSP clients during quieter periods.
• Aligning working patterns with client operational requirements during peak periods, including early starts from 6:00am when required.
• Conducting interviews, onboarding and compliance checks.
• Acting as the first point of contact for all onsite associates.
• Building strong relationships with client stakeholders and operational managers.
• Monitoring attendance, performance and workforce engagement.
• Managing payroll processes and resolving worker queries.
• Delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and the client.
• Driving continuous improvement and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.

We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Contract Consultant to take ownership of the recruitment and management of a large temporary workforce supporting this critical operation.

This is a fully onsite role based within the warehouse and logistics environment, giving you the opportunity to work closely with operational teams, candidates and stakeholders to make an immediate impact every day.

The Opportunity
