Qualifications

• Experience managing responsive repairs and voids contracts within social housing.
• Proven leadership of operational teams and driving high performance.
• Strong budget management and commercial awareness.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance.
• Track record of improving operational performance and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to build high-performing teams and develop leaders.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the responsive repairs and voids operation.
• Provide leadership and coaching to operational teams.
• Deliver performance against KPIs, SLAs, budgets and quality.
• Monitor productivity and workforce planning.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, residents and subcontractors.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting and forecasting.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues and escalations.
• Produce regular performance reports for senior management and clients.
