Are you an experienced contract professional with a passion for renewable energy and infrastructure? We’re seeking a Contract Manager to support service operations across SGRE’s Offshore Wind portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in managing complex Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and driving strategic contract performance and claims management across a growing renewable energy service network.
Responsibilities:
● Provide contract management support across SGRE’s offshore wind service maintenance contracts.
● Deliver high-quality claims management and dispute resolution across a large portfolio.
● Prepare and lead contract awareness sessions across service teams.
● Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
● Develop contract-specific documentation and improve operational efficiency.
● Investigate operational challenges and develop practical, commercially sound solutions.
Key Skills / Experience Required:
● Proven experience in contract management on large infrastructure or energy projects.
● Strong background in O&M contracts for Power Plants; experience in Offshore Wind is highly desirable.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to analyse complex contract structures and propose effective solutions.
● University degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
● German language skills are desirable but not essential.
