Job Title: Senior Contract Manager

Location: Remote / Occasional Travel to Germany

Contract Length: 6 months (with potential extension)

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday - 40 hours per week

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is recruiting on behalf of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) – a global leader in renewable energy solutions.

We are seeking an experienced contract professional with a passion for renewable energy and infrastructure. The Contract Manager will support service operations across SGRE’s Offshore Wind portfolio, managing complex Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and driving strategic contract performance and claims management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide contract management support across SGRE’s offshore wind service maintenance contracts.
• Deliver high-quality claims management and dispute resolution.
• Lead contract awareness sessions across service teams.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance.
• Develop contract documentation and improve operational efficiency.
• Investigate operational challenges and develop practical solutions.

Key Skills / Experience Required:

• Proven experience in contract management on large infrastructure or energy projects.
• Strong background in O&M contracts for Power Plants; offshore wind experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex contract structures and propose solutions.
• University degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
• German language skills are desirable but not essential.
