Job Overview:

Are you an experienced contract professional passionate about renewable energy and infrastructure? We seek a Contract Manager to support SGRE’s offshore wind service operations. You will manage complex Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and drive strategic contract performance and claims management across a growing renewable energy service network.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide contract management support across SGRE’s offshore wind service maintenance contracts.
2. Manage claims and disputes effectively across a large portfolio.
3. Lead contract awareness sessions for service teams.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance.
5. Develop contract documentation and enhance operational efficiency.
6. Investigate operational challenges and develop practical solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Experience in contract management within large infrastructure or energy projects.
2. Background in O&M contracts for power plants; offshore wind experience is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Ability to analyze complex contracts and propose effective solutions.
5. Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
