Overview:

Are you an experienced contract professional passionate about renewable energy and infrastructure? We’re seeking a Contract Manager to support service operations across SGRE’s Offshore Wind portfolio. You will manage complex Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and drive strategic contract performance and claims management within a growing renewable energy service network.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide contract management support for SGRE’s offshore wind service maintenance contracts.
2. Manage claims and disputes effectively across a large portfolio.
3. Lead contract awareness sessions for service teams.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance.
5. Develop contract-specific documentation and improve operational efficiency.
6. Investigate operational challenges and develop practical, commercially sound solutions.

Key Skills / Experience:

1. Proven experience in contract management for large infrastructure or energy projects.
2. Strong background in O&M contracts for Power Plants; offshore wind experience is highly desirable.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Ability to analyse complex contract structures and propose effective solutions.
5. University degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
6. German language skills are desirable but not essential.
