Job Description:

Are you an experienced contract professional with a passion for renewable energy and infrastructure? We’re seeking a Contract Manager to support service operations across SGRE’s Offshore Wind portfolio. You will manage complex Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and drive strategic contract performance and claims management across a growing renewable energy service network.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide contract management support across SGRE’s offshore wind service maintenance contracts.
2. Deliver high-quality claims management and dispute resolution across a large portfolio.
3. Lead contract awareness sessions across service teams.
4. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
5. Develop contract-specific documentation and improve operational efficiency.
6. Investigate operational challenges and develop practical, commercially sound solutions.

Key Skills / Experience Required:

1. Proven experience in contract management on large infrastructure or energy projects.
2. Strong background in O&M contracts for Power Plants; experience in Offshore Wind is highly desirable.
3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Ability to analyze complex contract structures and propose effective solutions.
5. University degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
6. German language skills are desirable but not essential.
