Job Title: Senior Contract Manager

Location: Remote / Occasional Travel to Germany

Contract Length: 6 months (with potential extension)

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday - 40 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced contract professional with a passion for renewable energy and infrastructure to support service operations across SGRE’s Offshore Wind portfolio. The successful candidate will manage complex Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and drive strategic contract performance and claims management within a growing renewable energy service network.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing contract management support for SGRE’s offshore wind service maintenance contracts.
• Delivering high-quality claims management and dispute resolution across a large portfolio.
• Leading contract awareness sessions for service teams.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance.
• Developing contract-specific documentation and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Investigating operational challenges and developing practical, commercially sound solutions.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in contract management within large infrastructure or energy projects.
• Strong background in O&M contracts for Power Plants; offshore wind experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex contract structures and propose effective solutions.
• University degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
