Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Content Designer to support one of our Government clients. You will refine complex digital content, remove outdated material, and implement Government Digital Service (GDS) standards within a new publishing model.

You will lead governance, deliver targeted training for content consultants, coach multi-disciplinary teams, and collaborate with stakeholders across regional and international networks to drive quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active SC clearance required.
• Senior Content Designer with government/public sector experience.
• Strong knowledge of GDS standards and user-centered design.
• Proven track record leading content transitions and publishing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and governance of a modernized GOV.UK publishing model.
• Develop and deliver targeted training for content consultants.
• Coach content consultants and ensure ongoing quality assurance.
• Create publishing guidance, templates, and learning materials.
• Engage stakeholders across regional and international networks.
• Monitor content performance and drive continuous improvement.
