Job summary

Harnham is seeking a Senior Consultant to own key project workstreams, guiding research and strategy engagements from design through delivery. You will lead multiple workstreams across complex B2B technology projects and synthesize findings into compelling strategic recommendations.

You will design methodologies, interview with executives and stakeholders, and develop client-ready reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting or equivalent advisory work.
• Proven ability to lead research and strategy engagements end-to-end.
• Strong storytelling to translate findings into commercial recommendations.
• Experience handling B2B technology-focused projects or clients.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Proactive, collaborative problem-solver with fast-paced delivery mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple consulting and research workstreams across complex B2B technology projects.
• Design research methodologies, discussion guides and project frameworks.
• Conduct qualitative interviews with customers, industry experts and senior stakeholders.
• Synthesize findings into strategic, actionable recommendations.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables and presentations.
• Present findings to senior decision-makers and build project narratives.
• Manage client relationships, timelines and delivery milestones.
• Mentor junior consultants and support capability development.
